KLS was formed in 2007 with a mission to provide vision for development projects and solve complex land use issues. We focus our services in the following areas:
We evaluate each project with respect to the physical environment, design criteria, and public policy. We understand how all of this influences land use to better serve our customers and communities. We also consider how market and economic forces play into development decisions.
Our experience includes planning & design of planned communities, commercial projects, residential projects (single family subdivisions and multi-family projects), office parks and shopping centers. We represent our clients in public presentations for approval at various boards, committees, councils and commissions.
KLS successfully completed the project planning and engineering for the AAA Baseball Stadium in downtown Reno, Nevada.
