Land & Project Entitlement

We evaluate each project with respect to the physical environment, design criteria, and public policy. We understand how all of this influences land use to better serve our customers and communities. We also consider how market and economic forces play into development decisions.

Our experience includes planning & design of planned communities, commercial projects, residential projects (single family subdivisions and multi-family projects), office parks and shopping centers. We represent our clients in public presentations for approval at various boards, committees, councils and commissions.
